Accounts and eligibility

Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal acts, rights infringement, harassment, spam, or illegal content
  • Unauthorized access, excessive load, reverse engineering, or interference with service operations
  • Unauthorized automation, resale, or commercial reuse

Content and moderation

  • Rights to user-submitted content remain with the submitter or lawful rights holder.
  • Hohto may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when required by these terms or applicable law.

Fees, liability, and governing law

  • Paid feature fees, payment, and cancellation terms follow the conditions shown during application or in individual contracts.
  • The service is provided as-is, and liability for indirect damages or lost profits is limited to the extent permitted by law.
  • These terms are governed by Japanese law, with Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
